Ultimately you're probably saying you just want a FUN and everyone feel comfortable. But you're wondering how are you going to manage to do this with your already busy life? Yes, there is a lot to do but we can help.

We can get involved as much or as little as you need to support your needs. We can help you make decisions that fit within your budget and ultimately create a warm, friendly and personable team of vendors that will support you all the way. We are a no-drama team who's biggest focus is making your big day go off without a hitch. In fact, you'll probably not even be aware of all the little issues behind the scene because it's nothing you need to worry about. Below are the many services options we provide and we'd love to sit down with you to get a better idea of what would make your day truly magical.

Event Management + Coordination

We begin to work with our clients up to 12 months in advance providing checklists and recommended vendor lists so our couple's are set up for success. Immediately we can work on floor plans to make it so you understand what rentals are needed.

About a month and a half prior to the event my client will hand over their "already made plans" and my team will comb through details to make sure we're not forgetting anything. My team will work on a detailed day of timeline, finalized floor plans and communicate all the logistics directly with your vendors. All this and direct access to us to answer any of your questions.

We'll make sure your event is executed to perfection. My team is there to receive rentals, we'll review all vendor contracts and suggest services so you can fully be present with your guests.

* Packages start at $2,750 for 75 guests or less. We can build a custom package based on your wedding needs.

Partial Event Planning

Some clients love being involved with their favorite part of the wedding but all the little pieces can be overwhelming so I can create a package for you so you get to focus on things you are most interested in while I take care of the rest. For example we can take over all your rentals so you don't have to worry about miscounting your rental needs so you're not short on your big day.

Full Event Planning

From start to finish I carry you through the milestones and benchmarks to make sure your design and execution is flawless. When it's your big day the last thing you want is to worry about is any of the details. We can being as early as 18 months prior to your event to select just the right vendors to create a magical team supporting you on your big day. Full Event Planning can also include the FULL WEDDING WEEKEND of events if desired.
