Carrie Beal – Event Design & Planning Specialist


With over 25 years of passion and experience, Carrie Beal brings a unique blend of creativity, hospitality, and business savvy to every event she touches. What began as a fascination with event magazines blossomed into a lifelong career in designing unforgettable gatherings. Born and raised in Kenwood, California, Carrie has a deep appreciation for the beauty and ease of West Coast living, and she loves infusing a casual California vibe into her events—effortless, seamless, and always stunning.

​

Holding a degree in International Business Management from a university in Hawaii, Carrie’s journey started by managing performing arts events and evolved into a dynamic career spanning weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate events, and more. She first started out with events based in Tiburon, she’s known for turning vision into reality through personalized, intentional design and now based in San Rafael, CA. A true creative at heart, Carrie loves traveling (lived in Mexico, China and Korea), exploring anything artistic, and is an absolute sucker for a well-executed themed event. Don't get her started on costume parties.

Her favorite part of the job? Connecting with people. For Carrie, relationships are everything. She thrives on meeting clients, getting to know their stories, and building meaningful connections that make each event not just memorable—but truly special.

Kyrsten Geddes- Event Design & Planning Specialist

 

She discovered her love for events at a young age, helping her mother with a wedding business in Idaho. Weekends were spent setting up tables, arranging florals, and learning the art of thoughtful, intentional gatherings. Over the past fifteen years, that early spark has grown into a deep passion for crafting meaningful moments of all kinds—weddings, milestone birthdays, celebrations of life, and everything in between.

​

With a background in graphic design, Kyrsten brings creativity, color, and a unique touch to every celebration. From designing custom signage to coordinating all the moving parts of the event, she focuses on making the entire process smooth, joyful, and stress-free. She’s most at home celebrating near the ocean or beneath the trees—and she never misses a chance to sneak in a dance or two once the party gets going. She's the life of the party!

Whether it’s honoring a life well lived, marking a major milestone, or gathering simply for the joy of connection, Kyrsten is dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life with heart, intention, and just the right amount of charm.

Miguel Amaro - Event Production Manager

 

Miguel brings years of high-level experience to the team, having worked alongside some of the most respected names in the industry. His impressive event portfolio spans ranging from $200,000 to $4 million, showcasing his versatility and expertise in managing productions of every scale.

 

Miguel is deeply committed to creating seamless guest experiences, with a meticulous eye for even the smallest details that make a big impact. He’s a great team leader who can see the smallest detail and the big picture all at the same time, guiding his team with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

 

Known for his calm under pressure and solution-oriented mindset, Miguel thrives on solving challenges and bringing order to the most complex event logistics. Outside of work, Miguel finds joy in traveling, dancing, comedy sitcoms and spending quality time with his wife and three boys. He has restored countless classic cars including four vintage volkswagen buses. There isn't anything that Miguel hasn't done before. 

 

A true professional and master at organizing chaos, he ensures every event runs with precision, polish, and heart.
